Stacey Slamka is an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. Slamka works with She Builds and Virgo Acquisitions Land Trust. Since making her way into the real estate industry in 1998, Slamka has sought out opportunities in real estate acquisitions with intention and purpose. Slamka believes that everyone should have access to the opportunity of owning a home. While that sounds like a good idea in theory, Slamka understands that life circumstances can get in the way of that goal. For many individuals and families, the economy poses insurmountable barriers that make homeownership seem like a complete impossibility.

When Stacey Slamka entered the real estate acquisitions industry, she decided to be intentional with her goals. The goal of Slamka Management, a real estate acquisitions group, was clear from day one: Slamka and her team wanted to help people buy homes, who otherwise would not have been able to. By implementing sustainable strategies, Slamka was successful in achieving her goal. As Owner and Acquisitions Specialist of Slamka Management and Dads Home LLC, she has had the opportunity to buy, flip and build homes. As of 2025, Slamka continues to buy and build new affordable homes at the helm of projects for Virgo Acquisitions Land Trust and She Builds (led by Laura Leslie).

5K Runner

Always striving to tackle a challenge, even Stacey Slamka’s hobbies require intention, focus and goal-setting! She is an avid 5K Runner who trains for and participates in Tunnel to Towers 5K. Slamka actively supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. She has also participated in other charity walks and fundraising runs, including Alex’s Capes and Tiara’s 5K. When she isn’t running to build new affordable homes, Slamka is likely biking, playing pickleball or — most important of all — spending time with her friends, family and loved ones.
